By adding Ghost to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove Ghost from your server.
Ghost is provided free of charge with no premium tiers. You may use Ghost for any lawful purpose that complies with Discord's Terms of Service. You may not use Ghost to harass, harm, or exploit other users.
By using Ghost, you provide your Turso database credentials. You are responsible for your own database and the data stored within it. Ghost is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your Turso database.
The developer reserves the right to send global announcements to all servers using Ghost. These are used exclusively for important updates, maintenance notices, or critical information about the bot. This capability is accessible only to the developer and cannot be used by server admins or other users.
Ghost is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Ghost at any time.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ghost after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Join the support server →When you add Ghost to your Discord server, we store the following in our central systems:
• Your server's Discord guild ID — used to identify your server and look up your credentials.
• Your Turso database URL and authentication token — used to connect Ghost to your server's database.
This is the only data stored by Ghost's central systems.
Ghost does not collect or store personal user data, Discord user IDs, messages, or any server activity in our central systems. All server data — including moderation logs, economy balances, leveling data, and roles — is stored exclusively in your own Turso database, which you own and control.
Your guild ID and Turso credentials are used solely to identify your server and establish a connection to your database. Your credentials are never shared with third parties.
Your guild ID may also be used by the developer to deliver global announcements to all servers running Ghost. These announcements are used only for important bot updates, maintenance notices, or critical information.
Turso credentials are retained indefinitely until you request deletion.
You may request deletion of your server's credentials at any time by contacting us via our Discord server or by DMing the developer directly.
